My book is about a woman in her late 20s. She suffers from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) due to circumstances. She describes her path to recovery and gives tips on what to try in certain situations. For example, if you suffer from all the surrounding sounds, while shopping. Tips you can try to relax a little, such as playing a music instrument, listening to music, drawing, painting, diamond painting ect. Possible therapies that can help you on your way to recovery. So you don't have to survive every day, but you can live your life piece by piece. That and much more is mentioned in this book. I also wrote a short version at the front of the book, so that anyone with and without PTSD has the opportunity to read the book. For the first few years, I didn't have enough concentration to read a book. So I wrote, a short version. In the back I have written the practical information, so it is easy to look up.
