It seems like the waves of time blew me through barren darkness in space, my voyage animated by the echoes of history. Perhaps a higher purpose drove my ship onto a shore of another destination. Must I reap the harvest from the fields of my experience and keep it to myself, or has the moment come to feed those, whose minds do not know what to eat? I may cook some grains from outer space, but it will be on their own fire. Alone they are the more they are together, those helpless beings on this prison planet. They embrace one another, in fear to lose. They repel one another, in fear to embrace. They group together, so they can be separate from other groups.

A female mountaineer asks: "oQnyd, if I may start, please tell us about love."
Before I answer them, I must consider at what level I should let the unspoken words go. Shall I tell them what it all means on my home planet Aedion, or shall I tell them what it all means on their planet Terra? How should I describe light to eyes that can see light within only one wavelength? Nay, I must be congruent with these Terran beings their minds, for they have already difficulty in understanding their own world, let alone mine. I will never be able to make my understanding across, unless it is theirs too. And if I caress the shrubs too gentle, no seed will reach the soil to blossom later on, but if I shake the shrub too hard, no blossom will be left to produce seeds. The line between is so narrow with these Terrans.
Now I say: "You speak about love. Like most humans do. But love is something that most humans do not understand. The most frequently used term in cyber conversations is the word 'love'. 'I love you'. 'I feel your love'. And of course the expression 'I have feelings for you', usually meant as a way of saying 'I love you', and vice versa. Love is one of the least understood words of any language. Also in dictionaries and wikis it is not properly defined. The editors don’t know about love. They merely talk about feelings and emotions."
