Introduction
Welcome to Happy Winter!
This book began as a series of vlogs to lift up the heart and spirit of my clients for the coming winter season. Halfway through recording, it became clear to me that I also had to write a book about it. The result is in your hands now.
In my practice I see a lot of people that can’t stay happy and healthy during the fall and winter season.
They become wet and cold and then start sniffing and become feverous. They become down and it gets harder for them to get out of bed in the morning or go to bed in the evening or they fall asleep on the couch at 8 pm. Then they start looking for food or other substances or addictions and get depressed and are unable to work, are unbearable for their family and friends and then comes Christmas.
Do you recognize this? Then this is the right book for you.
In Happy Winter! I’m going to give you many tips, so you do stay happy in the winter months. While you read, you feel which tips are meant for you and, those you will apply to get into balance.
When you do get back into balance, the fall and winter seasons are beautiful and indispensable in the cycle of life.
This book can be read in different ways. In a classical way, from front to back. I like to read from back to front or open up a page that then, just so happens to be of great use.
You can also switch up reading with the Happy Winter! Vlogs on the YouTube channel of Movimento. Like and subscribe so you will always get my newest Vlogs.
It is my purpose to inspire as many people as possible to take responsibility for their own life and their own happiness and health in that order.
Many think that if they are healthy, they will automatically become happy. That’s not how it works.
The physical body is the end product of our thoughts. When you have negative thoughts, you create a body with problems. So, work on your mindset and you will feel better. As a result, your body will get better. On my website Selfenizer.com, I provide you with books and online trainings that all aim at you becoming who you really are, a radiating being of love and light.
