Introduction
Only last week I felt I had to go on a journey again. I had been in Holland over Christmas, enjoying time with my children, my partner, dog, friends, and it gave me the opportunity to see my clients. I felt well and drove to the south of Sweden in twelve hours.
Driving, I do easily. It doesn’t cost me any energy at all. It is actually a way to get into alignment with who I really am. I get to think, ask and channel answers. So driving is a very inspiring way to spend my time.
As I arrived in Sweden, I discovered that I was tired. This is an uncommon feeling for me. I am never tired anymore. It felt like something was broken, had gone missing.
It took me three days drinking in the liquid sunlight, walking on frozen beaches, and sleeping over 12 hours a night to restore my energy.
This is how the idea came to me to write a book on this topic. How do I do that? And so quickly? And what do other people do to restore their energy?
In my practice, I see so many depleted people. They are so tired, and often so ill. There is no energy left for them to repair their bodies.
I hope this book will inspire you to take good care of yourself, of your mind, of your body. I will tell you the methods I use and tips of friends and clients on how they restore their energy and health.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a healthy community, full of energy, doing what it loves and where it is good at?
